Q: My preorder still hasn't been shipped!
A: Preorders take longer to fulfill, as these are run before the items are made! It can take up to a month to get these items in. I promise I'm not scamming you, it's just a lengthy process!
Q: Do you accept refunds?
A: I can issue a refund if it is requested before the item is shipped out. Otherwise, I am sorry to say I cannot offer refunds, no exceptions.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I use PirateShip for buying labels and ship through USPS! I can ship international.
Q: (INTERNATIONAL) I want express shipping, but it isn't an option!
